Amir Al-Dagher is a specialist in movement reorganization and connecting the nervous system with physical function. He has brought together an understanding of anatomical structure, kinesiology, and neurosensory regulation to develop a unique methodology called “Movement Mastery.”
He is a graduate of the Anatomy Trains School of Structural Integration, trained under leading experts in Fascial Therapy, received specialized training in Buteyko breathing techniques, and studied foot mechanics under Gary Ward, one of the world’s most prominent authorities in gait analysis and movement integration.
His journey began with a personal experience of injury and movement dysfunction, which led him to deeply research the root causes behind pain and chronic compensation patterns. His vision is built on integrating precise assessment, movement awareness, and nervous system regulation to create tangible and sustainable results.
Amir has appeared as a guest on some of the Arab world’s most prominent podcasts, including Bala Warak, Thamanyah, Fi Khatiri Sual, and Ala Al-Bench, where he discussed the relationship between the body and awareness, the concept of movement rebuilding, and how to restore a genuine connection with the body in a world full of distraction.
At Qawam, Amir works with clients from diverse backgrounds, from athletes to those experiencing movement dysfunction or chronic pain, helping them build a new understanding of their movement and restore balance from the roots.
